In-Person Training
How long is each in-person session?
All 1:1, semi-private, and virtual sessions will be 60-minutes. Programmed workout plans typically vary from 45-90 minutes.
Do in-person purchased sessions expire?
Yes, sessions purchased through a package expire 3 months from the purchase date.
What is the cancelation policy?
Cancelations under 24 hours will result in a session usage. Cancelations over 24 hours will not result in a session usage, the client will get the session credit back.
What is the scheduling process?
At this time, all scheduling is through Alex Rasmussen. Pending schedule availability, clients may select to have set times on the schedule each week.

Is there a minimum commitment?
The minimum commitment is 4 weeks. Clients can select from various packages.
What is the cost of custom planning?
Monthly custom planning is $60 per month. Workouts are based on client goals & access to equipment.
What is the cost of complete 1:1 coaching?
The cost of 1:1 coaching depends on the length of coaching as well as if the client wants nutrition and habit coaching.
How do I get access to the workouts?
All workouts are programmed into my training app. The app is free in the apple store for clients. Training plans include video tutorials and 1:1 coaching includes 24/7 chat access to communicate Alex.
